How many tiles/box?
Our tiles are 300/300/20 mm and 11 tiles/sqm/box. Use these sizes and consider the offcuts if applicbale. In general you need 11 tiles/sqm.
Do I need a professional to install the tiles?
No, this is the advantage of the product – it is a DIY install. Very quick and easy to click in like a lego. If you need to cut any wood cutting tool can do the job.
How the stormwater will affect the deck?
They are low maintenance, waterproof and termite resistant, designed for outdoors.
What colours are available?
Bullcra deck is a natural wood product which can vary in colour from light to dark brown. When left outdoors any colour variations will gradually even out
How can I cut if required?
Any woodcutting tool can cut, jigsaw, dropsaw, table saw or handsaw.
Can I install the on dirt?
That’s not recommended as they will sink in the mud when it rains. They require a concreted, tiled, paved or old decking to support them. Anyhow, we have customers placing them on compacted roadbase.
Do they need screws or other fasteners for fixing?
No screws, No glue required, this product once interlocked through install will not move, they cover the full area like a solid surface.
They are slippery?
No, the product is designed to be non-slippery, even in rain or near to the pools when wet.
How long is the warranty on Bulcra products?
Bullcra offer a 5-year warranty on its products.

Does teak rot?
Teak is high in natural oils and rubber, meaning it’s highly resistant to rotting. You can leave teak outdoors all year round, even in the snow and rain, and it should not rot for 20 years! This extreme rot-resistance and durability in marine environments is why it is used extensively for boat-building.
Does teak weather?
Leaving your teak furniture untreated will allow it to weather naturally and develop a silvery-grey patina that will blend beautifully into its surroundings.
You can delay the weathering process by using sealer shield product which will help to maintain the honey-gold colour of teak.
Why does teak crack?
As teak wood is a natural material, small cracks or splits (also known as checks or end grain checking) can sometimes appear as a result of changes in humidity and temperature. As teak is exceptionally strong and durable, it is highly unlikely that these cracks/this end grain checking will disrupt the strength or structural integrity of your teak furniture.
