Warranties

We guarantee our products for 5 years from the date of delivery. We warrant that our products are fit for their intended purpose and are free from manufacturer faults or defects. “Defects”, as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfections in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture or product.

 

If your decking tiles were installed as per our instructions, used in a conventional way, we will replace the defective product if it cracks,  suffers an infestation of wood borers or termites. It is the responsibility of the owner to pay for costs associated with labour of replacing and shipping the product.

 

This does not include small cracks or end grain checking which are natural occurrences and do not affect the strength or integrity of your furniture. Should you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, we will repair, replace or refund the furniture, subject to terms and conditions.

 

Our warranty does not cover, and we are not responsible for any conditions caused by:

 

• Normal wear and tear by exposure to the sunlight & weather such as scratching, fading, discolouring, accumulating dirt or stains and non structural cracks or splits.
• Slight variations in colour.
• Physical or natural disaster damages.
• Damage caused by being exposed to rust, solvents, barbecues, heavy duty cleaners or fires.
• Improper installation by not following our installation guidelines.
• Not using the product in a conventional way or as per local building codes.
• Environmental influences such as air pollution, mould, dirt, grease etc.
• Inappropriate handling, storage, abuse or neglecting of Bullcra products by not following our guidelines.

 

Under this warranty, we are unable to exchange goods that have been treated, painted or modified in any way, or bespoke items. In these cases, we would repair any damage covered by the warranty.

 

Should you wish to claim under our guarantee, please E-Mail us images of the damage together with your order details.

We will endeavour to acknowledge your email within two working days and will try to resolve your issue as quickly and effectively as possible.

 

Disclaimer: Bullcra hardwood decking products are carefully selected and inspected to ensure the finest quality. However, all natural wood is subject to expansion and contraction as the moisture in the environment surrounding the wood changes. Shrinkage, expansion, surface checking, and other movement are normal occurrences in all hardwood decking. Natural wood products are subject to variances in color, grain, density, and performance.
